Answer the shop phone,  book in vehicles, address customer's complaints or concerns, create estimates  and invoices, answer inquiries and provide information to customers, explain  the type and cost of services offered, maintain records and statistics, order  parts, order office supplies and maintain inventory, receive payments, enter  warranty claims, issue refunds, perform general office duties etc.
