Whether you’re starting your career or bringing previous labor or equipment experience, this role places you outdoors supporting the day-to-day maintenance of municipal roads and rights-of-way. You’ll assist with general road and gravel maintenance, signage and traffic control setup, vegetation management, and routine inspections while contributing to safe and reliable transportation infrastructure.

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent (GED) – combination of experience/education will be considered
• Prior road maintenance and/or construction experience is an asset
• Physical capabilities to perform job duties - required lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge in the care and use of tools and equipment common to these positions
• Ability to communicate effectively using courtesy, tact and discretion and use good judgement
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
