Operation of road construction equipment for tasks such as road construction and repair. Equipment servicing and minor repairs. Delivering the Special Areas Safety Program and all reporting requirements

Other duties as required.

Requirements:

• Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent (GED) – combination of experience/education will be considered
• Prior road maintenance and/or construction experience is an asset
• Physical capabilities to perform job duties – required lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
• Working knowledge in the care and use of tools and equipment common to these positions
• Ability to communicate effectively using courtesy, tact and discretion and use good judgement
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence
