In this position you will be responsible to understand and follow Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety, providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto, load/unload seed, chemical and other product as needed, operate equipment including tractors, augers, and forklifts, operate fertilizer blending facility as directed by the Site Operator, farm deliveries, assisting the Sales Team as required and other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements include:

• Ability to operate a tractor, tender truck, 1 ton truck and trailer is an asset
• Understand of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork)
• Exceptional Guest service skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Class 5 Licence is required, as well as the ability to tow trailers
• A valid Class 3 Driver’s Licence with Air Brake Endorsement is an asset
