The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. You will be responsible for understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety, providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto, load and unload seed, chemical and other product as needed, operate equipment including forklifts, farm delivers, assisting the Sales Team as required and other responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Requirements include:

• Class 3 licence is required with Class 1 being an asset
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with others
• Able to workdays, evening, and weekends (driving shifts will primarily be during the week). Approximately 40 hours per week
