The Sales Representative will perform responsibilities in alignment with our Core Values and Brand. You will be responsible for understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety, providing professional, people-first, service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto, develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, maintain good relationships with key input suppliers and territory representatives, identify and pursue sales opportunities in the agricultural market, conduct the following; sales presentations, product demonstrations, field meetings, farm calls, cooperative product trials, agronomy events, marketing support and crop planning services, work with current or prospective clients in making sounds crop production and risk management decisions, predominantly focusing on crop planning, seed selection, fertility, weed, disease insect and harvest management, etc.

Requirements include:

• Class 5 licence is required
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with other Team Members
• You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
• You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objections
