In this position you will be responsible for the effective repair of agriculture machinery and components at high levels of quality. This individual will work under their own supervision on assigned work. HETR, works to: recondition and repair all agriculture equipment components and systems as assigned by the allocated branch shop foreman/manager withing the branch; maintain good and timely working records for time, parts, supplies, and outside purchases in repairs; maintain and care for shop tools, equipment, and vehicles; communicate with others, internally and externally, professionally.

Requirements include:

• Strong technical skills
• Completion of a formal apprenticeship program preferred
• Understanding of the agriculture and/or construction industry
• Understanding and demonstrated use of health and safety best practices
• Knowledge of Case IH is an asset
