Lead Produce Team in merchandising produce items for weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays. Inventory Management through weekly ordering, record & invoice maintenance, and leading quarterly inventory counts. Schedule Produce Department Team Members to ensure that production and customer needs are met. Ensure company standards are met and department programs are followed. Assist the Store Manager with recruiting while maintaining a high-performance work team. Train, develop, and motivate Produce Department Team Members.

Requirements:

• 3 years minimum of progressive produce department, grocery, or retail management experience
• A history of meeting financial objectives and targets in a produce or grocery environment
• Proven ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong Google Suite skills and the ability to quickly learn new computer programs
• Exceptional communication, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for leading and developing others
• Effective critical thinking and conflict resolution skills
