The Hanna & District Chamber of Commerce is a dynamic organization dedicated to promoting and supporting local businesses. We're seeking a highly organized and communicative individual to join our team as a part-time Office Manager. We're looking for a detail-oriented and friendly Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our chamber. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and computer skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • An asset knowledge in SAGE 50 bookkeeping and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with non-profit organizations is an asset
  • Website and social media updating
