The Merchandising Manager is an integral leadership role within the Freson Bros. (Fresh Market) - Drumheller, Alberta store and Freson Bros. company. Our merchandisers are our visual leaders who showcase artistic talent by creating ‘Xciting Promotions and beautiful displays throughout the store while working closely with vendors to find unique items to showcase.

Requirements:

• Oversee the department’s growth in sales and profitability
• Assist department managers in Implementing department programs
• Ordering and receiving stock and inventory control
• Create beautiful promotions and displays
• Team member training and coaching to achieve operational excellence
• Daily product availability, achieving the “Full and Fresh” quality work standards
• Clean and sanitize work area
• Providing a positive customer experience
