Requirements:

• Prep and serve meals                                                                                            

• Perform housekeeping duties in the kitchen and wash dishes                      

• Must remain awake and alert all night if working the night shift                                                

• Complete Housekeeping tasks assigned                                                          

• Keep accurate records and submit them on a timely basis to manager  

• Work as part of the staff team and work well with seniors                        

• Responsible, dependable and flexible                                                              

• Be aware of all safety and emergency procedures                                      

• Ensure the safety of the lodge at night                                                            

• Complete hourly rounds of the lodge and document                                  

• Must have or willing to obtain WHMIS, first aide, Food Safe Certificate and any other courses required by the Acadia Foundation
