In this position you will be responsible for advising clients with care instructions for various plants, providing occasion-specific plant suggestions or equipment recommendations, weed, water, and prepare plants for purchase, packaging clients’ plants to prevent breakages, maintain a clean and sanitized work area and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements include:

• A passion for flowers, vegetables, and other types of plants
• An aptitude for creating connections with customers
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working during peak garden retail summer months including evenings and weekends
• Knowledge of plant care is an asset
