• Analyze operational data from warehouse and processing activities to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement
• Analyze current business processes to find areas for improvement
• Help design IT solutions that meet business and organizational needs
• Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and addressing risks or issues
• Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making
• Prepare training materials, deliver training sessions, and offer support after solution implementation
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements
