We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated safety-oriented person to join our team as a Grader Operator. The successful candidate is responsible for operating a Grader to maintain access roads and right of way in accordance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards. This position is responsible for maintaining oiled and gravel-surfaced roads within predetermined standards of Special Areas policies and procedures.

Requirements include:

• Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in the operation of a motor grader or combined experience in an operational service-related field. (Combination of experience/education will be considered)
• Prior experience on the efficient operation of a CAT grader with joystick controls and/or John Deere 872G
• Class 3Q AB Licence and experience in the safe and efficient operation of a snowplow is required
• Competent working knowledge in the care and use of all tools and equipment common to this position and clarification of information
• Physical capabilities to perform the job duties required, lifting of over 50 lbs. and ability to enter and exit equipment/trucks required
