Work with clients, business teams, and IT departments to gather and document project requirements. Analyze operational data from warehouse and processing activities to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Analyze current business processes to find areas for improvement.  Help design IT solutions that meet business and organizational needs. Assist project managers in planning, monitoring, and addressing risks or issues. Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights, and support decision-making. Prepare training materials, deliver training sessions, and offer support after solution implementation. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Conduct tests to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and functionality of system changes and enhancements.
