- Reception: Answering phones, directing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.
- Clerical Support to the Office Manager, supervisors, and staff.
- Data Entry: Tracking information and maintaining records in Microsoft Excel and other systems.
- Accounts Receivable: Receipting, tracking payments, and preparing bank deposits.
- Administrative Duties: Letters, memos, reports, and expense claims, preparation and posting of RFPs and other administrative duties as required.
- General Office Duties: Filing, preparing stationery orders, issuing gravel permits, and inventory tracking.
Requirments:
- Grade 12 Diploma or GED equivalent; post-secondary education in Office Administration or a related field is preferred. Combined with Minimum of one (1 ) year of administration or office experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong public relations abilities.
- Highly organized, with attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to take initiative.
- Ability to communicate effectively with courtesy, tact, and discretion, and to exercise good judgment in all interactions.
