In this position you will be responsible to calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, keep financial records, and establish, maintain, and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems, maintain general ledgers and financial statements, prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports, prepare tax returns, trial balance of books and reconcile accounts.

Requirements include:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience
  • Accurate, client focused, flexible, organized, reliable, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, repetitive tasks, tight deadlines
  • Basic security clearance, criminal record check and immunization records
