The Drumheller and District Chamber of Commerce is seeking customer service focused employees to serve visitors and customers at the World's Largest Dinosaur, Giftshop and Visitor Information Centre. Tourism Services Representatives are responsible for creating positive experiences for visitors to our community.

Requirements include:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to work as a team member
• Excellent cash handling experience
• Computer and problem solving skills
• Solid knowledge of tourism within Drumheller and area
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• First Aid certification and a second language would be an asset
• Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
• Secondary School (required)
