In this position you will be responsible to ensure Starbucks Department is properly cleaned and sanitized, ordering and receiving products and inventory, Team Member training and coaching to achieve operational standards, prepare special orders as per customers’ request and handling customer service inquiries and providing a positive customer experience.    

Requirements include:

·          1-2 years of supervisory experience within the restaurant or service industry

·          Experience as a barista is preferred

·          Knowledge of the basic principles of food preparation, and food safety regulations is required

·          Can organize, prioritize and delegate tasks

·          Strong communication and time management skills

·          Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours

·          Proven ability to coach and motivate a team

·          Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

·          Ability to stand for long periods
