What you’ll do: The Team Member will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand. Understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety. Providing world class service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our “You’re at Home Here” motto.

Requirements include:

• Understanding and following Westview Co-op's Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety
• Providing world class service to our Members and Guests and living by our Brand expectations through our "You're at Home Here" motto
• Operate tractor, tender truck, 1 ton truck and trailer, load/unload seed, chemical and other product as needed
• Operate equipment including tractors, augers and forklifts
• Operate fertilizer blending facility, farm deliveries, assisting the Sales Team as required
• Other responsibilities and projects as assigned. This position may require the use of equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, as well as heavy lifting of product
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational, interpersonal skills, and quality communication skills
• Class 5 Driver's Licence is required, as well as the ability to tow trailers
• A valid Class3 Driver's Licence with Air Brake Endorsement is an asset, but not required
