In this position you will be responsible to assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, organize, and maintain inventory, resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages, and supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Requirements include:

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Work under pressure
• 1 year to less than 2 years' experience
