As a Retail Sales Associate, the successful candidate will be responsible for greeting customers and creating a warm and inviting environment for a positive customer experience. You will be answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items and providing product information while demonstrating outstanding customer service. You will process payments using cash, debit, credit, or gift cards. Till experience not necessary, but it is an asset. You must be able to deal with customer refunds courteously and professionally while maintaining a professional attitude with sincerity and enthusiasm.

Requirements include:

• Candidate must be willing to learn coffee making skills and follow recipes, training will be given to the successful candidate
• Must possess proficient computer skills using Google Drive and Word Perfect
• Heavy lifting is required
• Must be 18+ and possess a Proserve or be willing to get one
• The position is full-time (5 days per week including every other weekend)
