• Have previous experience (5 or more years) in progessive and successful leadership roles preferably in the Home and Building Supplies Industry
• Understanding of our Values (Integrity, Community, Teamwork)
• Exceptional Guest experience skills
• Strong attention to detail as well as organizational and interpersonal skills
• Quality communication skills
• Commitment to ongoing development in the industry
