In this position it is your responsibility to greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them, you will be responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps, effectively managing recall system and accurately maintain patient database, manage patient calls and inquires about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations and process referral letters, other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider, and manage and file all patient records and charts.
- Minimum 1-3 years of administration experience in health/dental care is considered an asset, but not required
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
- Strong communication and customer service skills are required
