In this position you will be responsible to focus on Hospitality Excellence by creating a welcoming and inviting environment for customers, answer questions, accept orders, and process payments for customers, prepare Starbucks food and drink orders according to standard recipes or customizations, maintain a clean and organized work space and overall kiosk appearance, assist Starbucks Manager and Supervisor with updating signage and displays and tracking and replenishing inventory of products and ingredients.

Requirements include:

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and store Team Members
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Focused on active listening
• Experience with food preparation and serving is preferred
• Excels in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Comfortable working during peak food-retail hours (evenings, weekends, and holidays)
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time
