In this position you will be responsible for understanding and following Westview Co-op’s Health and Safety Program and promoting a culture of safety, providing professional, people-fist, guest service and living our Brand expectations through our “You’re  at Home Here” motto, operate tractor, fertilizer wagon, tender truck, tandem  axial truck and 1-ton truck, load/unload seed, chemical, and other products as needed, operate equipment including tractors, augers, and forklifts, farm deliveries, assisting the Sales Team as required and other projects and assignments as required.
